Paul Graham
"Throughout my gardening career, I have been giving young men work experience, to provide them with support and therapy that would help them through the process of gaining employment. I work mostly in the private sector and work closely with my clients to provide a successful out come."
Paul is a landscape designer with 25 years experience. He has a unique way of designing and creating his business, having started with natural aptitude. All his designs are hand drawn, often using water colours and this artistic approach is carried through to the making of the gardens and the materials used. The Chris Beardshaw mentoring scheme, in connection with the RHS Malvern Spring Gardening Show has provided Paul with an opportunity to be encouraged and develop himself while mentoring his new team. Paul and his wife Christine are mature and seasoned care workers.
Christine Graham
Christine qualified as a nurse and food hygiene lecturer and works with the Princes' Trust Volunteers. Christine's role within Artesian is to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible, while assisting Paul in Artesian's creative long-term strategy – both as a business and social enterprise.
